Where does Humanrace Ship?


Humanrace ships to the United States, (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and military bases) Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom, Australia.

What shipping options are available at Humanrace? How long does shipping take?


For orders in the contiguous U.S., we offer free DHL Expedited Max when you spend $50 or more.

Here are our other shipping options for contiguous U.S. orders:

  1. DHL Expedited Max (3-7 business days): $5.99 (orders less than $50)
  2. FedEx 2-Day (2 business days): $18.99
  3. FedEx Overnight (1 business day): $34.99


For orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Military Bases and Puerto Rico, we offer:
USPS Priority (5-10 business days): $10.99 (orders less than $50)

For adidas Sambas shipped outside the U.S., an additional $30 shipping and handling fee is applied to help cover the high cost to ship them internationally.

International Orders: We offer free shipping for all international orders over $100. Valid for one-time and subscription purchases. For orders less than $100, shipping rates are determined based on the shipping location or country. Duties & taxes will be applied. International orders will be shipped via DHL International Direct (4-10 business days).

The processing time for orders is 24–72 hours. 

How do returns work?


Order Issue
If there is a problem with your Humanrace order, please reach out to help@humanrace.com within 30 days of when you placed your order.

Return Policy
Please note at this time we are only able to accept returns within the contiguous United States on items purchased from Humanrace.com.

Skincare
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can request to return your product(s) within 30 days of when you placed your order. Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Please reach out to returns@humanrace.com. Our team will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis. Please provide your name, order number, and reason for return/ evidence. Pre-paid shipping labels are not provided. 


Apparel and/or Footwear
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to returns@humanrace.com within 30 days of order placement. Items must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. Pre-paid shipping labels are not provided. 


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on our skincare products. Please reach out to help@humanrace.com for additional inquiries. For apparel/footwear, please reach out to help@humanrace.com if you wish to exchange your apparel and/or footwear for a different size. Items must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. Pre-paid shipping labels are not provided. 


International Customers
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on orders shipped outside of the U.S. Please contact our support team at help@humanrace.com for additional inquiries. 

 

How long do returns take to process?


Please allow approximately three weeks for us to process your return. Once processed, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
