    Great for workout and general muscle recovery!

    I regularly do strength training multiple times a week and I tried using this before and after on certain muscle groups that felt sore - surprisingly felt soothing and cool after applying the lotion. Felt good applying to my legs after a long day of being on my feet as well - would recommend even just for general aches and pains.

    Recovery and moisturizing - wow!

    I've been using this product for about two weeks save the holiday weekend, and I really love this lotion. I definitely notice a difference in my skin and also with my aches/muscle tension -- aka muscle cramps - since I started using this product.

    I hadn't been sure what to expect, but as I use it regularly, I am seeing a difference in a reduction of night leg cramps as well as much smoother skin.

    Love Humanrace products and this is no exception!

    Very lightweight unscented lotion

    The texture of this body lotion was not what I expected. It is extremely lightweight and almost watery/milky. The pump is very low, so you need about 4 pumps to apply to each area of your body. There is no scent, so if you are sensitive to scented body products, this one will be great for you. Overall, I was a bit disappointed as this is more of a daytime after a workout type of lotion. It is not overly hydrating or rejuvenating. I love the ingredients and the claims. I would have preferred a bit more of a botanical scent personally.

    Good moisturizer

    Solid moisturizer. While not as effective as the humidifying body cream, it still leaves me feeling moisturized. The recovery effects are hard to gauge, even while consistently working out.
